As a second-generation Realtor with over $40 million in career real estate sales, Sam has established himself as a trusted and reliable agent in Austin and the greater Central Texas area. He’s had the pleasure of helping more than 60 families find their way home and has been fortunate enough to land in the top 1% of Realtors city-wide.
Sam received his master's degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas in Austin, with coursework in housing policy, and he uses his education to produce hyper-local market data that he leverages in his clients’ favor. Competing in this market requires the most up-to-date and reliable information, and Sam ensures that his clients are always at the forefront.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Sam makes it a priority to help as many Austinites as possible realize the dream of homeownership. Moreover, as the son of a veteran, he has a keen understanding of VA loans and the relocation process. He also serves on the Austin Board of Realtor’s Legislative Management Team, where he advocates at Austin City Hall to the mayor and council members on behalf of 15,000+ realtors across the city.
In his free time, Sam enjoys playing golf (poorly), reading fiction novels, and exploring all the nature trails that Austin has to offer with his fiancé, Kerry Lynn, and dogs, Woadie and Willa Mae. He also hosts a podcast on Austin politics and social issues called The Blue-Headed Stepchild — check it out on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts!
Meet The Team
Sam is a member of the Speed & Neuren Group at Compass, which for the last two years has snagged the crown as the #1 real estate team in Austin. The ranking, determined by the Austin Business Journal, is based on overall sales volume, and Sam’s team has been fortunate enough to double the #2 team’s sales volume in both of those years, firmly cementing it as a cut above the rest when it comes to Austin real estate.
